The semi-automatic big bag filling device designed and manufactured by Stawimpianti allows you to fill big bags quickly and efficiently, reducing operators’ maneuvers to the bare minimum.

The hydraulic piston for adjusting the height of the discharge mouth, together with the rotating hooks, allows the operator to hook the big bag straps in total ergonomics; once the big bag has been filled, the automatic release system will allow quick and easy removal of the big bag.

The system also includes a maximum level installed inside the discharge mouth, motor vibrators to compact the product into the big bag and a weighing system using weight subtraction load cells.
