Star-pleated FGI dust fi lter elements with iFix technology are used to separate
fi ne particles from gases. The dust loaded gas fl ows through the fi lter element
from the outside to the inside and exits through the upper open end disc. The
built-up fi lter cake is effi ciently and gently cleaned off by means of jet pulse.
The FG iFix system replaces conventional pleat stabilization systems on the
product side (raw gas side). This guarantees that no deposits form as on
conventional banding systems and completely excludes the introduction of
foreign substances into the product. Especially when using membrane fi lter
materials, the FG iFix technology solves long-standing problems on the market.
